DIY Stocking Stuffer - Bookmarks

As promised, a little DIY post! The pictures aren't great, as I took them on my dining room table where the lighting is only so-so.  It's a super easy project that you probably already know how to do, but maybe needed to be reminded of such a simple stocking stuffer idea! Here goes:

Go get a cereal box. Cut it apart in the desired sizes you want for your bookmarks. I always use the ends because they're already cut!  For this project, I used a Normal Rockwell Calendar I have. You could use anything; scrapbook paper, wrapping paper, or even fabric! Here are your supplies:

Step one:
Step two: (once you put the glue on, spread it around with your finger so it's in an even coat)

Step 3:
Step 4: punch a whole for your ribbon

Step 5:
Last step:  I like to round the corners to make it look polished, and VOILA!

Ridiculously simple, I know. But such an easy thing to make, and I dont know about you, but I LOVE handmade gifts!  Some other ideas for this one: You could glue on some buttons or even sew them on through the cardboard, or glue on some ribbon or any other embellishments to make the bookmark special.

Hope you enjoyed! Bless you all!

Super cute! And conveniently, you have sisters who love to read and could even use this in our Bibles. Hmm....... ;-)
